It's a midtempo r&b/funk/soul/rap track, the instrumentals are very soothing and cute, kinda brings that nursery rhyme vibe to it, its actually very adorable and catchy, to listen to. Ne-Yo is back with a new single called 'Beautiful Monster' following up his previous album 'Year of The Gentleman' which garnered hits like 'Closer' and 'Miss Independent'. 'Beautiful Monster' is a R&B/Eurodance influenced track, it has that dance groove going on, quite upbeat, but yet its quite midtempo-ish, this song reminds me of a certain GaGa track, c'mon Ne-Yo, you can do better than this, stop making music with Stargate! ugh. I just got into this song, I really really LIKE the song! It has mixtures of english and Africa's native language, and its so easy to sing along (surprisingly) HAHA.
